Refund policy
Returns and Refund Eligibility
We always want you to love your purchase and we are not happy if you are not happy and are always open to make amends in any way we can. If at any time you are not not completely satisfied, you may request a refund within 28 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging. Please contact us by sending an email to tibong.pixel@gmail.com before returning any item so we can provide the necessary instructions. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
Reporting Damages
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will assess the issue and work with you closely to resolve it promptly, either by sending a replacement or issuing a refund. Claims for damages must be reported within 14 days of delivery with photographic evidence for verification. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and resolving any issues fairly.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom or personalised magnets and items bought on final sale. Additionally, products that have been used, altered, or are not in their original packaging are not eligible for return. For hygiene and safety reasons, we also do not accept returns on products that have been handled extensively. Please review product details carefully before purchasing to ensure they meet your requirements.
Replacement Policy
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a faulty product for the same item, please contact us via email at tibong.pixel@gmail.com with your order number and evidence of the damage. We do not offer exchanges for change of mind, preferences, or ordering mistakes. Where available, replacements will be shipped at no additional cost once the original item is returned and inspected.
Timeframe for Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account. We aim to handle all returns efficiently and communicate any delays. If more than 14 days have passed since your return was received and you have not been refunded, please contact us immediately for assistance.
